Prawn Burgers

Prawn burgers can be served in a bun as a main meal, but also alone as a finger food appetizer or snack.

700g Prawns Peeled (Chop half of them)

100 g Flour Plain

1 egg beaten

100g Breadcrumbs

1 Lemon juiced

1 Lemon zested

200g Spring Onions Chopped

Chopped Parsley

Salt and Pepper

Mix well all the ingredients together and shape them into burgers.

 

Prepare 3 bowls

  • First Bowl with flour
  • Second Bowl with a beaten egg
  • Third Bowl with bread crumbs

Dip the burgers in each bowl to coat well.  Shallow fry or flat grill each burger.  Serve with some rucola or mixed veg and a few fries on the side.
