500g Spaghetti
700g Mussels Fresh or Frozen
700g Clams Fresh or Frozen
300g Squid Clean and Cut
8 hds Prawns
300g Cherry Tomatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves Peeled and Crushed
50 ml White Wine
Salt and Pepper
In a boiling pan cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Heat a large pan. Add the olive oil and saute the garlic. Add the squid and give a mix every now and then. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes, wine and the prawns. Add the mussels and clams and cook for a further 10 minutes or until the shells are opened. In the meantime drain the pasta, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the mix from the pan. Serve with chopped parsley.
