| Mussels with Coriander Chilli and Garlic Ingredients
1kg fresh mussels 1 tablespoon thai fish sauce Juice of 1 lemon 1 garlic clove finely chopped 1 fresh chopped red chilli 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger 1 bunch of sliced spring onions 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander 20g english celery 5 teaspoons fresh cream
MethodClean the mussels and place in a large saucepan with the fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, chilli, ginger, celery and sesame oil. Cover and cook over a high heat for 3 minutes or until the mussels have opened. Scatter over the sliced spring onions and chopped coriander and turn everything over in the pan. Finally add cream until the sauce becomes creamy. |
