Grilled Garlic Prawns
Ingredients

12 tiger prawns
60ml extra virgin olive oil
2 chopped garlic cloves
¼ tsp crushed red chilli
¼ tsp chopped coriander
¼ tsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice

 
Method

Peel the prawns, wash slightly, dry well and season with salt.  Heat the olive oil, add garlic along with the prawns, chilli, lemon juice and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.  Sprinkle all herbs over the prawns and serve hot or cold.  You can also serve on a bed of lettuce leaves accompanied with a lemon wedge.
