| Fish Soup Ingredients
400g Mazzolla of Skate meat cuts 100g squid or Octopus cuts 100g clams or whole shrimps 2 chopped onions 500g chopped peeled tomatoes 100ml dry white wine 4 chopped boiled potatoes 2pcs of chopped garlic 200ml water Add salt, pepper and a table spoon of parsley
MethodFry the onions, potatoes, garlic, tomatoes herbs and fish for 10 minutes. Place the mixture in a deep pot. Add the dry white wine and water, cover with a lid and cook for 40 minutes. Add maltese bread cuts to serve as a dip. Serves 4 persons |
